CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations requests must be received before 04h00 PM, the day prior to arrival. All cancellations received after the requested delay will automatically result in a charge equivalent to the rate of the first night, plus applicable taxes.
 
MODIFICATIONS
All modification of arrival or departure date must be communicated a minimum of 24h before the initially confirmed date of check-in or check-out. All modifications received outside of the minimum delay will result in a charge equivalent to one night, plus applicable taxes.
 
GUARANTEES
A valid credit card number is required upon reservation, as a guarantee to hold the reservation. In case of no-show or late cancellation, a charge equal to the first night, plus applicable taxes, will be charged on the credit card. A valid credit card is also requested upon check-in, to be preauthorized for an amount equivalent to the total of the stay, plus a deposit of 100 $ to 500$ depending on number of room occupants, length of stay and room type reserved. If the client does not have a credit card, full payment will be required upon check-in as well as a cash deposit of 100 $ to 500$ depending on number of room occupants, length of stay and room type reserved.
 
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
All reservations confirmed under a non-refundable rate type will be charge in full, upon confirmation, on the credit card provided upon reservation. No refund will be granted, under any circumstances, in case of cancellation or modification.
 
CHECK-IN TIME
Room availability for check-in is guaranteed from 04h00 PM on day of arrival. Check-in prior to 04h00 PM is subject to availability. Check-in prior to 12h00 PM can be possible, according to availability and subject to at least a 50$ early check-in fee.
 
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out must be completed by 12h00 PM on the day of departure. A late check-out, until 02h00 PM, can be authorized on the same day, according to availability and at hotel discretion. A late check-out between 02h00 PM and 05h00 PM can be authorized, depending on availability and are subject to a late check-out fee of at least 50$. All unauthorized late check-out will automatically result in a charge equivalent to one night plus applicable charges, at the published rate applicable on that date.
 
SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT
We are proud to offer our guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common area. All violation of the non-smoking policy will automatically result in a 250 $ charge. Smoking is only authorized on our rooftop terrace.
 
PRIVACY POLICY
We value your privacy, therefore please rest assured that all of the information you provide us with will be kept confidential and will be used only by Hotel Le Roberval. We will not provide your personal information to anyone else, under any circumstances.
 
REWARD CARD
We offer all our guests the opportunity to request their Reward Card. This card will be stamped by front desk, upon check-out, with one stamp for each night stayed at the hotel. To be qualifying, nights must be booked directly with the hotel, at a publicly available rate. Reservations made through third party channels, or at a preferential or negotiated rate are not eligible. A full card (10 nights) entitles to a complimentary night, on a future stay, in a room category corresponding to the average category previously booked. Guests can also request an upgrade to a superior room category by paying the difference between both room types. The complimentary night can be redeemed at any time, according to availability, except on December 31st and the long week-ends of Formula 1 Grand Prix, Canada Day (July 1st) and Independence Day (July 4th).
 
CHILD POLICY
Children under 12 years old stay for free when sharing the room with their parents. A maximum of 2 children staying for free is accepted. Additional child will be considered as an adult.
 
MINIMUM AGE
Guests must be at least 18 years old in order to check-in at the hotel. All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
